About us
Limeworks Outdoor Services is a trading name of Dragon Multi-Trade Limited, company number 17519868, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. These terms cover quotes and work from Limeworks and the use of this website.
Quotes
Quotes are given in writing and list the work included. A quote stands for [30 days: confirm]. If the job turns out different from the details or photos sent, for example a larger area or harder access, we tell you and agree any change in price before carrying on.
Booking and access
When you accept a quote, we agree a date with you. Tell us about anything that affects the job: locked gates, pets, parking, buried cables or pipes, and anything fragile near the work area. [Confirm whether customers provide water and power]
Weather
Outdoor work depends on the weather. If rain, wind, frost or snow makes a job unsafe or affects the result, we move it to the next suitable date and tell you.
Paying
[Confirm when payment is due, accepted methods and any deposit for building work]
Cancelling
If you are a consumer and the contract was made away from business premises or at a distance, you can cancel within 14 days of agreeing it. If you ask us to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work done up to that point. [Confirm cancellation terms after 14 days]
Waste
Green waste, old fencing, old paving and other material is taken away only where the quote says so.
Problems with the work
If you are not happy with a job, tell us through the enquiry form within [7 days: confirm] and include photos. We will look at it and agree what happens next with you.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Using this website
You may use this website to find out about our services and send enquiries. Do not try to interfere with how it works or send unlawful or abusive content through the form. Service descriptions are a general guide; the written quote sets out what applies to your job.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
