Grounds maintenance for homes, rentals and business sites

We cut grass, trim hedges, tidy borders and clear leaves at homes, rental properties, offices, shops and housing blocks, on regular visits through the growing season or as one-off tidy-ups.

When to book

  • The grass is long enough to need two passes with a mower.
  • A hedge is blocking a path or the view out of a driveway.
  • Leaves are piling up on car parks and paths in autumn.
  • A garden has been left overgrown at the end of a tenancy.

What the job covers

Choose the jobs and how often. A site can have a schedule that changes through the year.

What to send for a grounds maintenance quote

A rough sketch of the garden or site with the grass and hedges marked is enough to price a schedule.

Questions about grounds maintenance

Can you look after a site on a regular schedule?

Yes. Tell us the visits you want, for example fortnightly grass cutting from spring to autumn and a hedge cut twice a year, and we will price the schedule.

When can hedges be cut?

Hedges are best cut outside the main bird nesting season, which runs from March to August. Nesting birds are protected by law, so a hedge cut in that time has to be checked for active nests first.

Ask for a grounds maintenance quote

Grounds maintenance is ticked. For winter cover on the same site, add gritting.
