Limeworks Outdoor Services is a trading name of Dragon Multi-Trade Limited, company number 17519868, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. Dragon Multi-Trade Limited is the controller of the personal details described here.
What we collect
- The name, phone number, email address, job postcode, details and photos you send through the enquiry form.
- If you book work: the job address, access notes, what was done and what you paid.
- Basic technical data needed to serve the website and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, held by our hosting provider.

How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract.
- To arrange, carry out and invoice work you book. The lawful basis is the contract with you.
- To keep accounting records. The lawful basis is our legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for 12 months after our last reply, then deleted. [Confirm] Records of booked work and invoices are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to.
Who we share it with
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf. [Add the email and accounts providers] If your enquiry includes a service carried out under another trading name of Dragon Multi-Trade Limited, it is passed to that part of the company. We do not sell personal details or share them for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Send the request through the enquiry form and choose "A privacy request". If you are unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
